(Note that this is not directed specifically at the person who wrote that, you’ll learn and grow dude, but at the depressing concept that a woman without a constant smile/a willingness to get a boyfriend/an eager-to-please personality will inevitably be called one of those things.)
With the buzz over the first female-led Marvel movie last March, I set out to create this mixture of marker (as a base) and colored pencil drawing of Brie Larson as Captain Marvel. I’m a purist, so I prefer using just one medium at a time, but for a drawing like this, I definitely liked how the mix turned out.
Looks good. Man it’s weird to think MCU fandom asked for this for years and years and years and it only happened after she was canonically dead.
This being the MCU I suspect it will have some heartwrenching twist, so my money is on one of Natasha’s other family members being the person under the Taskmaster mask.
Fans have long suspected that we’ll see the Guardians in the next Thor movie, based on how Avengers: Endgame ended and the fact that Thor is coming out before Guardians 3, and now it’s confirmed. Vin Diesel confirmed the news to ComicBook.com while promoting Bloodshot: Thor will also, the director talked to me about Thor will incorporate…
Ooooh! Oooh, good news to… well, some extent, for me. I still really don’t like how Peter was written in Infinity War and Endgame. Hopefully this film will treat him better if he’s in it? Ah well. And maybe a chance for some Valkyrie/Mantis interaction if possible?
But the one I really want to see the most is Gamora. :/
