QUEEN NEBULA
The Daily Mail posted a bunch of them, but I don’t want anyone to have to go to the Daily Mail site (FUCK no) so I grabbed a few to post here. The better option, I promise.
Whatcha wearing there, Thor?
Hating Chris Pratt as a person but loving Star-Lord is really hard, it suuuuucks.
NEB U LA
KRAGLIN! Is it weird that I’m almost more exited to see him than any of the other GOTG, since he sat out Infinity War and all? I wasn’t expecting him to even be in this movie! I have no idea what role he’ll play here but I hope it’s something big.
In Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Thanos intentionally puts the gauntlet where Gamora can see it when he’s torturing Nebula so that she knows he isn’t using the Reality Stone and that her pain is real.

Wow, if I didn’t have MORE THAN ENOUGH reasons to hate, loathe and despise Thanos already.
I just really, really like these. (There are a lot of them, sorry!)
Every so often I’m reminded of how much I liked the relationship between Nebula and Rhodey in Endgame. It was completely unexpected but it makes so much sense. Both are pretty stoic, not prone to suffering fools, and of course both have cybernetic parts.
They spent five years, more or less, as friends. Nebula cared about/liked/respected him enough to use the nickname “Rhodey” even. What happened once everything was over? Did she give him a wary hug, like she’d once done with her sister, and run away?
If we assume Nebula ages in human years there’s a pretty significant age difference between them. When Nebula was at her lowest – sister gone, Thanos gone, old life gone, world gone – did she start seeing him as the closest thing she’d ever had to a proper father?
Hey remember how I posted a bunch of good Star Wars cosplays for May 4? Well, I’m gonna stick with that idea! Here’s a bunch of equally good MCU cosplays I found on Reddit.
(My gosh, there’s a lot of good Black Widows)
This time last year three years ago Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 was released in the UK. I didn’t know at the time what a HUGE impact it would have on me, but here we are!
Still one of my favourite movies in the universe, three years on.
The Guardians of the Galaxy crew did a watchalong of the second movie just like I wanted, and it was at 2am my time. Aw no. But, just like last time, I decided to put all the most substantive tweets together!
Apparently there was a watch-along of the first GOTG yesterday and James Gunn and the cast shared some stuff! I missed it all being in the wrong timezone and all, but here’s the highlights! I had a blast reading them, I hope they do Vol 2 next.
(Awww. :( )
I really don’t like that Quill ran out on his grandparents, never have, but it does make for good fanfiction fodder I guess. I doubt they were close.
(more…)This is a really sweet little fic. All of Nebula’s dialogue, I can perfectly hear in her voice. :)
Tony Stark and Nebula sat in the cockpit of the Guardians’ ship hours after The Snap. They were both stunned, unable to communicate even though they sat in the same room.
Nebula was the most affected by the events that transpired. She had lost her sister to Thanos just because she was willing to save her life in that interrogation chamber. Now half the universe was annihilated.
“Are we going to leave this planet or what?” Tony Stark asked, startling Nebula.
“Yea,” she responded. “I’ll help with the controls. I know you people from Earth aren’t familiar with Ravager ships.”
Stark looked at her. “I think I can figure it out. You could say I’m a…mechanic.”
“And I am a machine.”
Stark smirked. “Suit yourself,” he said, indicating the yokes and buttons before him.
She rose from her chair, reached him, then began clicking those same buttons. She gripped…
