Here’s a list of instructions for when I’m human:

- Two. Don’t worry about the Tardis. I’ll put it on Emergency power so they can’t detect it. Just let it hide away.

I’m pretty sure this is from a convention
Yep. This is from TARDIS 21, which took place in Chicago from 23-25 November 1984. What you’re seeing here is the climax of an epic duel between these two total dorks as they chased one another up and down the hotel corridors armed with water pistols; and Jon has just decided to up the ante.
There’s a street performer from Ann Arbor known as the Violin Monster.

Near Arbor Brewing Company is an extraordinary bookstore called Literati.
If you check out their basement you’ll find more books, room for events, plus a typewriter that anyone can leave notes on.

The Violin Monster worked with 826 Michigan, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting kids with their creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write.
So what’s the takeaway?
Fairy doors, busking werewolves, magical bookstores…A2 is enchanting and full of hope and stories. It brings people together.
Here’s to typewriters, nostalgia, fairytales, writing, music, and kindness.
