I apologize for the horrible photo (and Disney may come get me after this) but I may have bought the Guardians of the Galaxy doodle book mostly for this one image of Yondu (he only appears once in the book sadly). The caption reads: “Hey look! Yondu stopped by to say hello. Give him a wild and crazy mohawk, and maybe some balloons too, since he looks like he needs some cheering up.”
Can we please talk about the fact that Yondu ist fighting to save his crewmates? Like seriously…Tullk (for example) was loyal to death and Yondu fucking Udonta just sat there like he didn’t give a damn!? AHHRGH!
I mean, to be fair, he was tied up and just coming out of being shot in the head….
(Plus it’s probably difficult to look your friends in the eye if you figure you’re responsible for their death)
