Nothing fancy (and definitely nothing offensive/threatening) just a brief little note saying you enjoy the show and feel that they should renew it. Maybe something like-

I have heard that renewal for The Last Man on Earth is currently under discussion and I am writing to pledge my support for it. I am a big fan of the show and I would love it if it got at least one more season to wrap the story up and provide a satisfying ending.

yeah i’m worried too. childbirth is dangerous even with modern technology, i can only imagine what it will be like for erica. this show is definitely not precious about its characters so we really could lose her :/

I think it’s gonna be okay! Andy Bobow’s Twitter teaser for the finale was all “omg yes! yes!” and I don’t think he’d be saying that if we lost Erica.
