I’m 21 years old and severely disabled from a fall down a faulty staircase when I was 17. The last 4 years have been spent living in extreme poverty, because I’m both completely bedridden and estranged from abusive family. I desperately want to escape from this by fighting for accident compensation, which is now in serious jeopardy because fundraising for legal costs is 1 week late. Forfeiting compensation will dramatically shift the outcome of the rest of my life from having some hope of recovery – however minor – to being constantly under serious or mortal threat.
At 21 years of age, my condition has deteriorated to the point that I struggle to recall events which occurred 5 minutes prior and can barely type to sustain the fundraiser on which my life is literally dependent. My spine appears to be constantly tearing with agonising pain, I feel helpless because there is healthcare I can access to stop this but poverty has restrained me from doing so. Since the accident, I’ve been living in extreme poverty and have been repeatedly threatened with or forced into psychiatric confinement by doctors taking advantage of my situation. With limited safe & affordable healthcare, my condition has worsened rapidly. In the past year, breathing problems have developed, but it was impossible to safely seek treatment after I was nearly institutionalised for reporting this to a GP. I still can’t afford the around the clock disability care I need and the stress from suffering a condition that can only get worse is frankly destroying me.

Hi everyone, as mentioned previously I have very serious nerve damage from an accident that has made me 100% bedbound for the last 3 years and severely disabled for the last 4. This was from an accident that happened on public high school grounds when I was 17.
As a result of the accident I will need to forfeit the career and the life I had planned, and will likely need around the clock disability care for the rest of my life. This is extremely expensive and unlikely to be fully funded by government services. There has also been no effective medical treatment so far that can prevent further deterioration in my condition, to the point that I now get painful nerve tearing from so much as opening my eyes and have been developing breathing problems. If more effective treatment can be found, it could be expensive and not completely covered by public healthcare.
I intend to sue for compensation, and because my previous no win no fee has ceased to work with me, I need help with legal fees for this case to be successful. Savings kept in a frozen account will only covers part of the legal fees & will likely be unavailable for some time. Instagram user felciityjones_jynerso (formerly felicity_erso_one) has an account full of reposted fan art and cosplay photos stolen without any credit given the original creators. When I was alerted that she had reposted my Rogue One artwork, I commented and asked, sternly but politely, for her to either credit me for my work or to delete the post. This is the reply I got:
The bottom, which is cut off, read “Now since you care so much about ‘credit’ I’ll give you it. But bear all this in mind next time.”
I’ve already given my thoughts on this appalling and unacceptable reply here. But the story doesn’t end there. Today, the day after all of the above happened, she reposted my art without credit again, with my watermark removed again, and is gloating about it in her caption.

Her friend queen.felicityjones also reposted my artwork without credit. I’ve already reported both posts and Instagram (who has been awesome) has already removed both posts.
Look. Normally I abhor callout culture, but this person lost any sympathy she might have gained from me with her second repost, and with her third she has proven herself to be vindictive, petty, and a complete piece of shit. Unfortunately, she has her account set to private now, but if you already follow her, or can get a follow from her, please please PLEASE check to make sure she hasn’t stolen your art or your cosplay photos. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Before she blocked me, I saw her account was full of stolen content. This is the most blatant disregard and disrepect I have EVER seen leveled at a content creator and we can’t let this stand. I’m doing my best to get her shut down but there’s only so much I can do besides keeping a lookout to see if she reposts again (and I have no doubt that she will, until her account is banned).
