I wrote Rory’s dad as a violent abuser in Estuary, but I think we can assume that he won’t be that in Doctor Who. DUDE WE GET TO MEET RORY’S DAD, YAY

His name is Brian, apparently. Which I like because in an original work of fiction I just started, the main father figure was called Brian…
