Me: B99 is my lighthearted fun show!
B99 3×22: Ends the episode with Holt being held at gunpoint by an old friend who has literally just murdered another agent.

“We were very nervous about her [Amy] being a killjoy. That’s one of my least favorite roles that women fill on TV shows – the killjoy who tells the goofy fun guy to knock it off. We consciously tried to avoid that dynamic.” ~ Mike Schur

agree with everything her superiors said and embarrass herself, but she
recognised that and started making active decisions, and even though it was
hard she started to stand up for herself. She’s so brave and she makes the
decision to speak freely almost every time now. She’s decided there’s value in
her own opinions, and now everyone else is learning her value too.” – anonymous

#i’m still unstable #a boy and his father #REUNITED AT LAST #IT’S SO PRECIOUS THAT HOLT IS THE ONE WHO ALWAYS IMPRESSED UPON JAKE HOW IMPORTANT IT IS #TO PUT OTHER PEOPLE’S FEELINGS BEFORE YOUR OWN AND BE SELFLESS #AND ONE OF THE MOST SELFLESS THINGS JAKE DOES UNHESITATINGLY AND WITHOUT PREAMBLE #IS GIVE UP HIS DREAM SO HE CAN MAKE HOLT’S COME TRUE AGAIN #i’m so emotional
It’s so wonderful too because Jake didn’t even REALLY give up his dream. He knows he caught a serial killer–he lived that moment being on a case with his mentor. The people that matter to him will know (Amy, Holt, probably Gina and Rosa), and in the meantime he gets his family back together. It’s wonderful.
