The upper atmosphere of the Sun is dominated by plasma filled magnetic loops (coronal loops) whose temperature and pressure vary over a wide range. The appearance of coronal loops follows the emergence of magnetic flux, which is generated by dynamo processes inside the Sun. Emerging flux regions (EFRs) appear when magnetic flux bundles emerge from the solar interior through the photosphere and into the upper atmosphere (chromosphere and the corona). The characteristic feature of EFR is the Ω-shaped loops (created by the magnetic buoyancy/Parker instability), they appear as developing bipolar sunspots in magnetograms, and as arch filament systems in Hα. EFRs interact with pre-existing magnetic fields in the corona and produce small flares (plasma heating) and collimated plasma jets. green and blue, corresponding to three coronal temperature regimes ranging from ~0.8Mk to 2MK.

ok tho i understand why people might have issues w/ some of these concepts but… why are a bunch of adults mocking high school-age people and criticising them for trying to express themselves? tbh people/posts like these are probably the most detrimental things to budding artists + are probably the reason so many young artists struggle to grow from these concepts into something more fleshed out. i thought we all agreed that it was time for adults on tumblr to stop being so fuckin rude +insensitive to kids + teens? its 2015…. lets grow up
A HUGE part of being a young artist is learning and understanding. That like our adolescent minds, our styles are changing rapidly, and so are our skills. This is ok. There is a difference between constructive criticism and stunting young people’s talent. Everyone’s style is different, whether it’s young or mature doesn’t matter. Keeping on trying and learning to expand your practise is what makes us artists. So if someone draws a horse, so what!? DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO DRAW A GOOD FLIPPING HORSE!!! Stfu and stop diminishing what others find important.

The flower’s outer rings form a circle which could be seen as a symbol of Earth as a planet and the blue surface could represent the universe.
This week, Army Captain Steve Voglezon is being called a hero for pulling a trapped couple to safety after coming across a fiery car wreckage.
According to WNCN, William Thompson, 67, was driving his wife Kathleen, 63, through Chatham County, North Carolina on Sunday afternoon when another driver, Mark Ricketts, 59, crossed into their lane, smashed into their Acura sedan head-on and flipped his silver Chrysler SUV.
Both vehicles went up in flames.
Luckily, Captain Voglezon – who was fatefully wearing a ‘Captain America’ T-shirt – drove passed the scene while headed to the mall with his girlfriend and ran to help.
Video taken by a witness shows Voglezon grab a fire extinguisher and use it to smash the windows of the couple’s car before pulling out Mr. Thompson and dragging him to a safe distance away from the fire. He then returns to the wreckage to do the same for Thompson’s wife.
‘Had I not been a soldier I would not have known what to do,’ he told ABC News. ‘The Army has helped a lot.’
