I know this was posted several months ago, but: *raises hand tentatively*
HONESTLY like I wish this show had more fans because it’s just so good
There are a handful out there, but the tag always being spammed with bloody gif-bot things doesn’t help matters. >:( You have to really look around to find other fans, alas.
ikr?? I’ve seen a handful of different artworks and there’s one fic about carol in the ao3 tag last I checked. kristen retweeted something I drew for her on my birthday/the season 2 premiere date so that was pretty cool tho
There’s an AO3 tag?! There’s at least one fanfic?! Awesome. (I had a look last night, but didn’t find anything. That might just be me being Bad at AO3, though.)

I’m so disappointed in the lack of Mike/Erica stuff, I know it’s only been a few weeks since that episode aired BUT THEY’RE SO CUTE

I’m writing a Mike/Erica fic, I really liked those two. However it’s incredibly tragic, because so is the show, and apparently that’s how I roll these days….

I still can’t get the finale of The Last Man of Earth out of my head. After all that speech-giving and piss-taking and I’m Not Saying Goodbye To Him Again – ing Mike dies (well, almost certainly dies) anyway, which is my least favourite kind of fictional death and makes me terribly sad. I never even meant to become invested in any of those people; I hated a lot of them not so long ago. Sigh.
Seriously though, having a whole series about the main character and his presumed-dead brother reuniting only for the brother to die two weeks after the reunion? And just as he was striking up a relationship with someone else who also deserved some happiness? I don’t think I’ve ever seen an apocalypse show be quite that cruel, and this one’s a friggin’ comedy.
