This is so exciting! I knew that video with Sophie Aldred a few months ago was signalling even bigger things! But there’s a part of me that wonders, if the book does well, will it be turned into an episode?

Ace!

This little trailer dropped, and sure it says it’s for the Season 26 Collection but maybe, just maybe, it’s hinting Ace could show up by the side of the Thirteenth Doctor soon?

Please let that happen! Everything in this trailer is already established canon and Sophie looks frickin’ amazing. And it’d be great to have an older woman on the TARDIS team. Please?

A gentle reminder that Companions are hand wash only

#didn’t sophie almost die doing this @geeneelee

Yeah (sylv loves telling this story) the glass cracked and  the water spilled, and there was all sorts of electrical stuff lying around, and apparently Sophie almost got electrocuted

At ReGeneration Who, Sophie said this clip is included in a “safety awareness/instruction” video that new employees at BBC have to watch.

The clip is also on the “Battlefield” DVD.  It’s a bit surreal.  You hear the “THOOONK!’ of the glass cracking, see the water level immediately start to lower, and a look of confusion on Sophie’s voice…

…then you hear this THUNDEROUS Scottish voice bellow, “GET HER OUT!!!”

this also reminds me of that famous explosion in the greatest show in the galaxy that came off bigger than expected and sylv is almost thrown to the ground be he keeps strolling with a swag and classic who is hardcore af

I believe the back of his coat was singed from that explosion.
