the best thing about the whole deal is that its completely free. yeah. thats right. you wont pay for anything and you’ll never have to

you can download gifcam here, and if you want, you could reblog to spread the word about this awesome software

I would be able to help more if you told me exactly what you were stuck on, but I’ll show you a few techniques! These are all the methods I’ve used in my sets. I’m not great at explaining things, so if you have any more specific questions, let me know!

(The gifs are new ones because I lost the old PSDs, but the methods are the same.)

NASA created retro travel posters for different locations in our solar system in hopes of inspiring young people to imagine a future where common space travel is a possibility.

I just learned that some websites use cookies to adjust prices. That is, if you visit a certain website a lot the price will increase.

You can tell if that’s the case by checking the same web page on a different browser if you have a different number of stored cookies for that site. I checked something on Chegg and it was $14.95 on Chrome, $19.95 on Firefox, and $16.95 on Safari.

The fix? Clear your cookies for that website.

Reblog, save a wallet.

Plane tickets almost always do this!

PLANE TICKETS DO THIS ALL THE DAMN TIME

When you’re looking for plane tickets and waiting for prices to drop, ALWAYS clear your cookies beforehand and switch between browsers. A friend of mine was looking for a flight and getting prices that were the CHEAPEST at $800-1000, I sent her a link for a round trip that was like $495, and it read as $900 on her computer because she had been hounding the airline site.

alternatively: avoid all this headache by using incognito when shopping for plane tickets, text
books, etc

Hotel rooms are notorious for this, as well. Just like, go on incognito mode to look at these sites, saves u a lot of time & hassle.

Bruh I ain’t never know dis thank you man

hey so i found out that not a bunch of people knew about this handy thing

but you can post anonymously on AO3!!! here’s how it works:

  • post it under this collection
  • everyone sees this work under “Anonymous” but you see your own work as “Anonymous [Your Username]”
  • the fic is STILL connected to your account, but nobody can trace it back to you + you still get comments in your inbox!
  • “is it like “Orphan”?
  • nope! it’s not! the difference is when you Orphan a work, it’s no longer connected to your account and you can’t get alerts/comments.
  • “can I de-anon my work?”
  • yes you can! you can de-anon your work any time you want. all you have to do is remove your work from the anonymous collection!

if you are shy about posting, or scared of having a work connected back to your account, or even participating in an anon fest, this is PERFECT!

TO THOSE MAKING NATIVE OCS

aphromanoo:

I see this a lot, no one has actual names, or any reference for names, that are legit Native American, varying among the tribes, for their characters.

Babynames.com and shit like that will give you names made up by white people.

However, I’ve got your solution.

Native-Languages  is a good website to turn to for knowledge on a lot of native things, including native names. If you’re unsure about the names you’ve picked, they even have a list of made up names here!

Please don’t trust names like babynames.com for native names, they’re made up and often quite offensive to the cultures themselves.

Signal boost for any of my followers who need art programs!

The cs2 programs date back only a few years, and still have much of the functionality of today’s more modern ones. The differences between most of the versions are little more than slight modifications or additions of minor features, and UI changes. Go for it guys!!

Also, in case the page is down, here are the download links + serials.
