Oh my gosh I love everything about Brooklyn 99. But I especially love that it has a diverse cast, a moral compass, and that it uses its platform to speak out for vulnerable people. Not many shows do that, god we’re so lucky to have it
SO MANY THINGS I LOVE ABOUT STAR WARS
I love the characters. Many of them seem like archetypes at first but then you dig deeper and they’re fascinating? I love the environments, and the politics, and the dialogue (yes, most of it I really do like, honestly!) and the designs…
But honestly what I like most about it is that its message is basically just LOVING PEOPLE IS GOOD AND IMPORTANT AND BRAVE and yes, we need more of that, we definitely need more of that
AH WELL
I honestly think that on the whole the Internet has done more good than harm? Obviously there are many things terrible about it but it made the world so much smaller? In a good way? Suddenly you could talk to people halfway across the world and make friends you’d otherwise never have had and learn things no-one else bothered to teach you. I guess we take that for granted sometimes but HOLY SHIT IT’S ACTUALLY AMAZING? I could not imagine a life without the Internet and I hope such a thing never comes to pass
I think that they’re a vital part in showing who and what a character/environment is and means! And one day I must do a list of my favourites because there are many. (Star Wars is an absolute goldmine of good/famous ones, as you probably know.)
SO MUCH but I really, really like “With great power comes great responsibility.” The MCU hasn’t included it in their movies so far but I think it’s right at the essence of what Spider-Man is.
Also I love the characters! Harry, MJ, May, Gwen, Peter himself, even the villains are usually fascinating if not good people…

And I actually do like that England doesn’t usually tend to get really extreme weather like hurricanes or tornados, because when I was a little kid I was terrified of those concepts before realizing how unlikely I was to encounter one…
