I think that it’s important to note that even when Amy can’t remember Rory, she makes exactly zero romantic overtures to the Doctor (or anyone else). She makes an off-handed comment about why the Doctor hasn’t found her a fellow in The Lodger, but she clearly isn’t interested in the Doctor. In fact, the first guy she checks out is Rory himself in The Pandorica Opens (right before she asks his name at Stonehenge). Kissing the Doctor the night before her wedding was a mistake and aberration on Amy’s part, as evidenced by the fact that she still remained very devoted to Rory even when she couldn’t remember him. She’s not the marrying type save for the very singular exception of Rory.
