Shuri introduces her brother to alternative shoes that she’s just made for him. They’re made using nano-technology and as they materialize around his feet she says they are “fully automated” like the old American movie their father used to watch. She’s clearly referring to Back To The Future II’s self-lacing Nike sneakers.
What if Star Wars movies and Back to the Future were actually the same movie? What if the heroes of our youth Luke and Marty were the same person? That’s what french artist Thirsty Bstrd https://www.facebook.com/jimcanstreetart/ imagined through a series of photo montages. It gives something like that: Luke McFly is sent back in time in a time machine built by «Doc» Obi-Wan Brown. Luke, with the help of young Obi-Wan, must repair the damage to history caused between his parents Anakin McFly and Lauren Amidala.
Fantastic!
SOMEONE IS DANCING WITH ARTOO AT THE FISH UNDER THE SEA DANCE!!!!
I remember now that there was a project to create new jaws movies because in Back to the Future, the 19th film was in theaters. We finally didn’t make it… But then, I saw that Universal did this:
Michael J. Fox putting on the only (for right now) self lacing Nike MAG sneaker.
2015 is wild as hell. The Nike MAGs drop again Spring 2016.
Okay but I’m looking at this and I’m so excited because these shoes are so cool in a tech standpoint BUT MORESO that Michael j fox has Parkinson’s. I can’t imagine how difficult tying a pair of shoes is, and now he’s the first guy that gets self tying shoes?????? This is amazing.
