if you know any muslims in the uk or north america please please tell them to be careful on april 3rd there’s this awful “punish a muslim” day that these vile assholes have planned. it could be a sick hoax but it’s better to be prepared and stay vigilant just in case

What?? What’s the hell?!?!

The UK Counter Terrism force is asking anyone who recieves a letter like this to perserve it as well as they can and hand it over to the athorities so that they can try and find out who’s doing this. I don’t think that as of right now anyone in the US or Canada has been recieving them, they appear to have only been sent to 6 areas in England, however if you are in the US or Canada and you do recieve a letter like this DO turn it into the authorities because even if this is a hoax people might still decide to participate in this gross act.

Here is an article from the BBC, explaining a bit more.

I’m sure I’d feel the same way if I was a skinny white girl with blue eyes and blonde hair

this girl posted a picture featuring her cystic acne uncovered, something that’s extremely stigmatized, in order to make a statement and spread positivity.

that’s it. that’s all she did.

she didn’t say she was the face of people with acne or act like she has it harder than other people. she just shared a feature that i’m sure she’s been shamed for and has struggled to love.

she’s literally 17-years-old and you’re 27. stop being a dick to kids when they haven’t done anything wrong.

God, I wish I’d had someone like her around when I was 14 and felt like a monster.

this kind of makes me want to cry because I was just with my dad in the hospital two days ago, and he put off going to the hospital for weeks…. because we can’t afford it. we thought (as did the ER doctors) it was a heart attack, but we put it off, because we didn’t have insurance and we couldn’t afford it. (we applied for MediCal. hopefully it covers everything).

like?? there’s no reason for things to be expensive. there’s no reason for people to die because they can’t afford to see a doctor. it’s just. extremely upsetting.

I’m telling you, I didn’t expect to have the reaction I had. I was there with my family, with [my children] Nathan and Griffin and Chelsea and my wife Marilou, and [Lucasfilm] asked if the documentary crew could be there when I came back on the Millennium Falcon. I mean, this was not on the shooting day. I was just street clothes and going to visit that set. And I said, ‘Sure.’   It was sort of like visiting an old house that you lived in when you were a kid. I mean, I just welled up with emotion and I said, ‘I need to be by myself.’

They had recreated it down to every last detail that I remember. The oil drips, the hanging pipes, just everything. The dice in the cockpit. –
