Was talking to some kids two years below me about Star Wars yesterday. They thought the originals were better than the prequels but are all looking forward to Episode III.
And then one of them tried to steal my Spiderman keyring.

Did you know that this is the best Star Wars message board in the world ever…?
…well, you know now.
At school they have invented a game where you take a 2p piece and flick it across a table into someone else’s knuckles as hard as you can. Then they flick it back at you, into your own knuckles. Unless they miss, which usually happens. I’m writing this only because when I started thinking about it my knuckles started hurting.
What really amuses me is that it’s strictly forbidden to play cards, but this is either allowed or not really noticed. Meh.
*rubs knuckles*
Come to think of it, we’re allowed to play on our mobile phones or eat cookies instead of doing work, too. Why no cards? *pout*

Something that occured to me this afternoon
You know what we could really use? A website similar to fanfiction.net, but actually designed for writers just starting out. It could be called beginnersfanfic.net or whatever sounds good. There, people would be able to write Mary-Sue fic or OOC fic as much as they wanted (flames would be discouraged) and then, when they’d matured as writers, they could just move on fanfiction.net.
Maybe beginnersfanfic.net could sort of encourage Mary-Sue fics and the like, and have it arranged, somehow, that you couldn’t have a bf.net account and a ff.net account at the same time. So when you wanted to move on to ff.net, you could just delete the old stuff…
Eh. It probably wouldn’t work. But never mind.
