-Dumbledore may die right at the end. I think if he is going to, that would probably be the right time…it would mean Harry goes into Book 7 without a mentor.

-Ginny may possibly die. I am basing this on the mirroring-books theory – in POA Harry saves Sirius, in OOTP Sirius dies. And in COS, Harry saves Ginny. (I’m not sure I want this to happen, but if it does, I’ll congratulate myself on having got it right regardless. ;) )

-R/H. Or at least the start of it.

I would write my predictions for SW as well, but we mostly know what’s going to happen anyway. ;)

And now…a Christmas present, of sorts. :D A ROTS mood theme.

Download the zip file, take out the images and upload them to your own server.

(The rest taken from Livejournal’s FAQ…they explained it better. :p)

When you’re ready to continue, make sure you’re logged in, and go to LiveJournal’s command console, where you can enter the commands to define your mood theme. (There is a reference, in case you need it, which describes all of the console commands, and explains how to escape double-quote and backslash characters.)

The first thing you’re going to do is create the theme. Execute the command:

moodtheme_create name des

where

name = the name of your new theme, which will be displayed in the lists from which users select.
des = a short description for your theme, which will be accessible through the console’s moodtheme_list command.

For example:

moodtheme_create “Munch’s Screamers” “You’ve seen ‘distressed’. Now see the rest.”

If you’re successful, you’ll see a page which tells you so and gives you a number (the theme ID) identifying your new mood theme. Remember this number, as it will be used every time you enter information for a mood. (If you forget it, you can execute the moodtheme_list command to find out the IDs of all the themes available to you.)

Now it’s time for the tedious part. You’ll assign each of your image files to a mood, by executing a command of the form:

moodtheme_setpic themeID moodID picURL width height

where

themeID = the number given to you after you created the mood theme.
moodID = the number of a mood for which you created an icon; you can find these numbers in parentheses on the LiveJournal Moods page (example: 15 for “happy”).
picURL = the full URL (Web address) of your mood icon.
width = width of the image, in pixels.
height = height of the image, in pixels.

For the assignment to take effect, you must provide all of the information listed. For example:

moodtheme_setpic 180 15 http://www.yoursite.com/happy.gif 20 20

[this is what’s in the ‘coding’ file]

When you’ve finished creating your theme, you can go to the Modify Journal page, and select the new theme as the mood icon set for your journal.

I have suddenly found myself in a Qui-Dooku mood. Methinks I have been spending too much time around certain people (jurious, charmisjess, layren – I’m looking at you)

After almost a month, I have begun to write chapter 63 of Making. It’s weird- I have to persuade myself to start new chapters now (OI! You finish this OR ELSE!) but as soon as I start writing it just comes naturally. Odd.

Anywho, today I have put together a bunch of Dooku/Palpatine/Anakin icons from spoiler pictures (one of them featuring Qui, as well…you’ll know why when you see it. :( ) and the icon inspired a ficletbunny. (which I suppose is a bit like a plotbunny but considerably smaller). I’m not sure whether to try writing it now, before tea, or sometime tomorrow. (I’m going to the theatre this evening. :) )

I think I’ll write it now. Because why not. :)

(BTW, it’ll make more sense if you’ve seen the spoiler pics, but if you’re spoiler free…well, although this is based on the pics, it doesn’t give away anything that the fandom hasn’t guessed already – the only really spoilers are the few grisly details, I guess)

Oh, and it’s told in second person merely because I’ve never done that before. ;)

Years ago – many, many years ago, you could have joked about that. Somehow. If it had happened to someone else -not you, you were invincible. You were not the most sensitive man alive.

It hurts very much.

Skywalker will kill you. Your Master-you new Master-will laugh. You feel almost sorry for the boy. Killing is not easy. Dying is not easy. Living is not easy.

You feel old and weary.

Nighttime on Coruscant, a long time ago. It’s difficult to see the stars, with all the light from the planet. You are sitting on a chair, searching for something to complain about. Qui-Gon is writing in his journal. Oh, how could you have ever thought that the world was such a terrible place…

Skywalker brings his twin sabres – one of them is yours – to your neck. In one fleeting moment you feel sorry for Obi-Wan Kenobi, and for the man who you considered your son -they were wrong. And so were you.

Then the blades force their way through flesh and bone, and you go to try and find the ones you betrayed for nothing.

You’re not a Jedi. But you were.

I think I may go back and edit that one later. ;)
