Hello! I feel bad for doing this but I don’t know what else to do. 

My parents and I are an immigrant family in Germany trying to pay off their loans we took when we first got here and the mortgage, and my parents are also financing my studies. 

My dad has been having trouble with his teeth ever since he lost some of them in an accident and all the procedures he’s going through are not only troublesome but terribly expensive. My parents struggle to keep sending me money because even thought they want to help they’re simply running out of resources. The money troubles trigger many anxiety attacks and I wish I could feel calmer about this but this is starting to affect my grades. 

My current studies prevent me from getting even a part-time job but I plan on doing so next year when my schedule relaxes. Until then, just a few Euros per week can help me eat. It would also help cover rent, expenses for my course, university fees, basically anything my parents are currently covering. 

I would be immensely grateful if you could donate just a small amount (like I said, every little bit helps) or just reblog this. I know there are people who actually need help and fear for their lives, so to stop making me feel like a total failure I also draw a lot and offer commissions of pretty much anything! The page has prices on it but you can also request something and name your own price, it may go against art ethics but I’m somewhat desperate right now.

we have no money at all to pay the last of our rent or our electric, which means my mum’s arthritis is really hitting her hard because she’s only putting on enough heating for me, and our landlord’s already annoyed because we’ve had to pay late for the last few months.

guys. my evil fucking bitch of a landlord put my family out with NO WARNING today just knocked on the door and started taking stuff and threatened to arrest us if we took anything out ourselves. so now me and my family are homeless and we don’t even have anywhere to stay for the night, and to make matters worse it’s storming and we don’t even have shelter from the storm and we’re trying frantically to keep all our belongings from blowing away in the wind, and the landlord just keeps putting our stuff out in the rain purposely and ripping the tarp we put on our belongings off and laughing at us trying to save our stuff. So we need a place to stay for the night DESPERATELY because right now we’re just huddled under an overhang and we’re getting soaking wet. Also the sheriff wouldn’t let us go in the apartment to get our food so we’re homeless AND hungry. Please help with anything you can my paypal is here

update: we slept in our car last night but we still don’t have enough for any housing so we’re still stuck outside

ok so if by some miracle we’re able to get $1500 we can move into a tiny lease to purchase house and i know it’s a lot but right now it’s our only chance at finding a place to live because we’re under a bankruptcy and literally no apartment anywhere will approve us, we’ve been calling around all day long.

we’re trying not to spend a ton of money on a motel because together we have about $560 and that’s a good portion of the money we need, (the down is $2000) plus i’m getting paid tomorrow. this is probably our only chance at getting a decent place to live, because even if an apartment approved us (which is really unlikely to happen) it’d be another shitty place and we’d only end up going through the same thing again. i’m currently at the library because it’s cold outside, so i made a gofundme while i’m here getting some rest.

i know, i know, it’s a lot.

so an update on my situation: i’m just adjusting the best i can and trying to use the money i have to buy clothes and shoes. sundays are gonna be hard though because the library’s closed on sunday and that’s where i go to get out of the cold during the day, plus running the heat in the car uses up a lot of gas that we don’t have money for. but other than that, i’m much better than friday and still looking for a place, also thank you to everyone who’s helped out so far ❤️️

I very much need donations to urgently pay for a disabled access room fee. Being bedridden, removal from the premises as potential consequence for non payment would have grave consequences for me physically. I could also be refused services in future if I fail to pay on time now, which would actually remove my access to the entire sector of temporary housing in much of Sydney, as this is the ONLY SERVICE that is accessible. If I  do not continue fundraising, I will also lose all chances of obtaining an alternative, subsidised apartment that would cost almost nothing, simply because I would not be able to pay bond, or resolve outstanding fees at my current accommodation. EDIT: I have been consistently about 1 week behind on donations, I have
lost thousands in savings intended for a accident compensation case with
huge potential, because of PayPal’s ruthless actions against me just
for protecting myself after I was threatened online for being disabled,
if I do not raise enough money now I will also be unable to fund the
compensation case that can actually make me financially independent from
relying on donations. The level of poverty that I am experiencing is in
fact destructive in innumerable ways and I only want reblogs and

experienced in a long time.

i have a sister, she’s 14 and she had a breakdown today (she’s under a lot of pressure from school and other things), she was picked up by an ambulance. she’s totally fine but since we’re not citizens it’s gonna cost us a lot, all the tests and mri’s. there’s no way we can avoid it.

My name is Lois Gutierrez, I am the wife of Marco Cruz Blanco. Yesterday afternoon, Marco was detained and taken by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He is being held in Carver County in Chaska, MN. Marco will have his immigration bond hearing tomorrow at 1pm.  Our family is doing everything we can to get these funds, but we need help raising 7 to 10K to pay for his bond as it is due by 3pm tomorrow. If not, he will remain detained for the duration of the case. The funds of this GoFundMe will not be available immediate so if you are able to give cash, please call Estefania at 612-707-2652.

Moments before he was detained, Marco and I had just finished our interview with USCIS for the spousal petition we had submitted back in December 2015. We were relieved that it was done and over with and had left the facility. A few blocks away from the immigration office, an undercover ICE squad signaled us to pull over. When the officials got out of their vehicle, we saw that they were ICE officials. They asked us for ID. Marco, being who he is, asked why we were pulled over and what this was about. They insisted that they see ID before they told us what was going on. As soon as Marco showed them his ID, they said he was being taken for being in the country “illegally”. I explained to them that we had just finished the interview and that we were working on getting legal status and still they said they could take him. They were gone with Marco in a heartbeat. I spent last night crying and our family is devastated.

For those of you who know Marco, you know that he is an activist at heart. He cares for and fights for our communities, for those who are marginalized and fights so that our exisistence is recognized and respected. In the past few years he’s been involved with Centro de Trabajadores Unidos en Lucha, political organizing with POC, NAVIGATE MN, Cosecha, Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee, Voices for Racial Justice and much more.

We need Marco out of hands of ICE and back home. We need him in our communities so that he can continue to do the great work that needs to be done. We need our friend and ally to be free, there is no reason for him to be detained.

Even if you don’t know him, please find it within your heart to give what you can. And if you can’t give anything, please send us all your love and support. Today, November 16, is his birthday and he is spending it alone in custody.

Fue un gran alivio haber terminado la entrevista y que ya esta parte difícil del proceso se había terminado. Nos fuimos del las oficinas. A pocas cuadras, una escuadra secreta nos indico que nos paráramos al lado de la calle. Cuando se bajaron de su vehículo nos pidieron por identificación.  Marco, siendo quien es, les pidió por qué nos habían parado y de que se trataba esto. Insistieron por ID antes de decirnos que pasaba. Tan pronto que vieron el ID de Marco dijieron que estaba detenido por esta en el país “ilegalmente”. Yo les explique que habíamos concluido con la entrevista y que estábamos en proceso para obtener estatus legal pero todavía se lo llevaron. Se fueron  con  Marco en un instante. Pase la noche llorando y nuestra familia esta devastada.

Para los que lo conocen, saben que Marco es un activista de corazón. A el le importa y lucha por nuestras comunidades, para los que están marginalizados y  lucha para que nuestra existencia sea reconocida y respetada. En los últimos años Marco ha estado involucrado con Centro de Trabajadores Unidos en Lucha (CTUL), organizando actividades politicas para personas de color, NAVIGATE MN, Cosecha, Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee (MIRAC), Voices for Racial Justice y mucho mas.

Aunque no lo conozcan, espero que encuentren en su corazón dar lo que puedan. Y aun si no pueden dar, por favor manden todo su amor y apoyo. El dia de hoy, 16 de noviembre, es el dia de su cumpleaños y lo va pasar solito en custodia.
