The Government is reportedly planning to reform gender identity rules to make it easier for people to choose their own gender in law.

Under plans being considered by ministers, adults will be able to change their birth certificates at will without a doctors’ diagnosis, while non-binary gender people will be able to record their gender as “X”.

The Sunday Times reports that changes will be included in a planned Gender Recognition Bill, set to be published in the autumn.

As part of this consultation, the UK government has a survey that is open to all UK LGBTQ+ people until October 2017 – click here to take part.

I really have no freaking clue how two of us are going to survive this week on this

I asked the summer camp to please pay me for the week I taught so we can survive; they told me they would talk to their accountant and haven’t replied since (this was days ago, and I first requested this TWO WEEKS ago)

My boss is late in paying me for June because she’s out of the country and *if* I’m lucky I’ll get that pay on Monday

but what to do for the next six days???????? we are running out of water and are definitely out of food

‼️ UPDATE ‼️ the summer camp just told me last night there is NO enrolment for the upcoming weeks and this means the money I had been promised to survive off of this summer IS **GONE**, so this is no longer a problem for just this week, it’s a problem for the entire fucking summer, affecting whether or not I will even have money to make next months’ rent…

This camp should NEVER have hired me without actually having children enrolled in the camp but they did. Polish labour laws make it out so that I can ONLY work teaching jobs and no one is hiring until September because schools are closed, everyone is gone for the summer at camps overseas or vacationing.

The NYPD is helping a “Gotham” actor find his missing transgender child, officials said Wednesday.

Actor Donal Logue, who plays Harvey Bullock on the Batman-inspired
drama on Fox, reported to police Tuesday that Jade, 16, never came home
after meeting up with a friend at the Barclays Center in Fort Greene.

Logue, 51, said Jade, who is transgender, identifies as female and
changed her name from Arlo to Jade on several social media sites within
the last year. Jade left home about 3 p.m. Monday.

Logue reported the teen missing to police about 1 a.m. Tuesday, an NYPD spokesman confirmed.

The actor also tweeted about his child’s disappearance.

“Missing- yesterday at 2PM Barclays Center/Fort Greene Brooklyn: my
child, Jade Logue. 6’2″ 180 lime green hoodie dark green military
parka,” Logue tweeted.

Logue took the tweet down after his fellow actors Olivia Wilde, Mark
Ruffalo and Stana Katic spread the word about the disappearance,
according to heavy.com.

Attempts to reach Logue or his agent for comment were unsuccessful Wednesday morning.

Over 1,100 people were manipulated with deliberate lies against my disability by a predatory individual.

Kirri @mrrightandmrbubble accused me of defrauding donations, just for the thrill of degrading a severely disabled & bedridden person. After finding my refutation, she privated her posts. By that point, she had caused serious physical harm from instigating a withdrawal of life-sustaining disability support.

                                This was her “evidence”: 

  1. Picking an illness (“brachial neuritis”) from WebMD then accusing me of claiming to have it. Google conclusively disproves the accusation.
  2. “In 2015… REAL disabled people used the NDIS, a government scheme that wouldn’t exist for another 2 years.”
  3. Parroting racism accusations from a proven scammer who impersonated my disability for money. (Riley’s clique)
  4. Suggesting pathology fees hardly exist in Australia; the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia disagrees.

  5. My paramedic’s refusal to breach the Privacy Act to feed her my
    patient information. She used this to claim I never used the paramedic.

  6. Misattributing my warning against abuse of charity workers as banning contact. She excluded links that expose her deceit.
  7. Accusing me of forging medical reports, b/c they don’t meet bogus standards she made up without citation.
  8. Implying that spinal injury cannot cause nerve damage or disability.
  9. “Privating your Facebook to avoid your violent father is suspicious” (She’s seen my domestic violence records.) 
  10. Other suspicious behaviours: Changing fundraising platforms to a legal licenced charity. Changing fundraising platforms & URLs to avoid a stalker who doxxed me. Inactive placeholders [1] [2] [3] to prevent impersonation, or as my accuser puts it – “run by different people now”
  11. SO many frivolous accusations, e.g. looking younger in photos from 5+ years ago  [1] [2]

                                             

                                              THE REALITY IS:

  1. Australia isn’t
    a socialist utopia:     disability insurance receives ~1/5 of funding needed but wage
    laws [1] [2] require carers to be paid min. $25.50-$40.40/hr….
    i.e. $2,358.40/week for the 12-hr care I need [the maths]. Our meagre pension makes disabled people here the poorest in the OECD.
  2.  I haven’t kept exorbitant
    savings:     donations thermometers don’t
    change after funds are used. “Overall donations count” (e.g. $31,000) includes both
    money spent (e.g. $30,200) and the new bill (e.g. $800); the count increases
    after each bill is paid.
  3.  Disability
    support is responsible for my life:     a) Being bedridden, I can’t walk to
    a tap. Only paid carers can retrieve food & water. b) No homeless shelter caters to the severely disabled. Donations for housing often saved me from lying/dying bedridden on the street.

This was a diabolical attack against my disability, intended to devastate my life-sustaining healthcare.

My disability care may only ever be fully funded with donations that my accuser has removed through fabrication & deceit. She’s
not interested in the openness and honesty that I support.

She even sided with scammers to vilify me. And by callously telling donors they
were victimised by fraud, she also hurt some of the selfless people who saved
me.

This is Billy. I found him along with his sister as the only two surviving kittens in a litter that had been abandoned one winter about 6 years ago. As you can see in these pictures, Billy has grown to be a fine young boy, healthy, happy, and full of life. But as of the last 24+ hours, he’s been fighting for his life. And it’s all because of a careless mistake from a careless vet.

Billy has medical condition…well, more like an anomaly. He has no tail. As a result, pooping has never been his forte. When he was a kitten I’d have to help him go to the bathroom, and even later in life he was prone to constipation. The absence of a tail changes his physiology ever so slightly making his litter box time difficult. It got pretty bad recently, though. He started vomiting and hasn’t really been able to use the bathroom at all. We took him to the vet to get him treated for what appeared to be an impaction, and the vet said to start with an enema. The enema that was apparently given to my sweet baby Bill, was a Phosphate enema, WHICH IS TOXIC TO CATS AND SMALL DOGS. HE IS NOW IN EMERGENCY CARE WITH KIDNEY FAILURE.

See, the thing about vets, let alone any medical doctor, is that you put your trust in them, and go to them thinking they know what they’re doing. What I’ve learned is that you cannot trust anybody, not even a vet. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW ANYBODY, EVEN YOUR VET, TO USE PHOSPHATE ENEMAS TO TREAT YOUR ANIMAL. My vet didn’t fucking know this, or maybe didn’t care to check the label, who the fuck knows, but a simple google search would show you that phosphate enemas are poisonous to cats. (source) (source)

The vet has completely refused to take financial responsibility even after claiming to do so, and now has changed his statement to us that he is not liable. We have since taken Billy to be treated elsewhere, and as of June 22nd, he has been recovering, even after being given only a 20% chance of survival.

Because of this vet suddenly removing himself from any financial responsibility, my family is now 10,000 dollars in debt, and growing by the day. We need help paying off Billy’s medical bills, as well as seeking justice for what this piece of shit vet did to him.

hey friends. i never wanted to have to ask anything of u all like this for myself, but my mom and i are kind’ve between a rock & a hard place rn. my mom has chronic degenerative disc disorder & spinal cord damage, and even with the surgery she had back in february she’s unfortunately not at all where she’d like to be.

all we want is to try and get her a stairlift for our outside stairs and a power chair so that she can regain more independence and mobility. it breaks my heart knowing how miserable she is being cooped up in the house all the time except to go to doctor’s appointments. she’s been completely bedridden since the beginning of may when she fell and twisted her ankle and subsequently lost the strength to walk while it was healing, and that complete and total loss of mobility has finally pushed us into action as far as finally getting her these things she’s needed for a long time.

y’all know the drill, even just a reblog would mean the world to me and to her. i don’t have the biggest platform, but i’d like to use what i do have to try and make my mom’s life even the slightest bit better.

Hey. I live right down the street from this and theyre looking to turn it into a facility for veterans. Theres unfortunately some backlash from the surrounding community, and its hard to see from the pictures but the building sits next to a neighborhood. Its also across the street from an elementary school.

Some people in the neighborhoods are UPSET that this facility will be offering mental health care for veterans. Theyre upset that mentally ill people are going to be coming and going near a school. Most of this is being voiced on the neighborhood forums so I dont have links for it, apologies. 

The nonprofit that is leasing the space for their project still needs donations because the building is vandalized on the inside. Mostly from kids from the surrounding neighborhoods breaking into it. Which I know because I went to school with them. Anyways. Good news, this space is being used to help people who need it. Bad news, people are ableist assholes.

The sketchbook was found in El Albaicín, Granada, Spain and I think the artist isn’t Spanish, maybe a Chinese tourist or someone who are learning Chinese but who knows u_u
