Oh my god. How small we are.
Nyyyyyooom

Appearing like trenches dragged into the earth, sunken lanes,
also called hollow-ways or holloways, are centuries-old thoroughfares
worn down by the traffic of time. They’re one of the few examples of
human-made infrastructure still serving its original purpose, although
many who walk through holloways don’t realize they’re retracing
ancient steps.

Snowy night in Harajuku tonight. A few extra pics on Flickr. Will edit more later after getting some sleep. Stay warm everyone!

Multiple rainbows
In order to catch a glimpse of this intriguing optical phenomenon you need to be close to a body of water such as a lake or large river (in this case the Knik in Alaska). The primary and secondary bows comes from the usual internal reflections in water droplets in the air. The extra rainbows are due to reflections from the river and include both primary and secondary seta, though the latter is very faint.
