I went to the Justice Museum in Nottingham yesterday. These are some of their interactive exhibits.

A substation caught fire earlier (is still on fire, in fact) so the power went off, which triggered every fire and burglar alarm in the village
also it seemed to bring down the phone networks briefly?
then planes and helicopters started flying down low over the fields to get pictures of the fire
then it started going dark and hailing for no reason
