Sherlock’s admission to Molly that Moriarty’s greatest slip-up was that “the one person that he thought didn’t matter at all to me, was the one person who mattered the most,” felt like the first time we’ve seen him showing genuine unchecked feeling for someone else. (x)
#in a lot of ways to me #molly is the woman #not irene? #because he sure seems to respect the hell out of her #he thinks shes just wonderful and special and what i love is #she isn’t a badass #i mean #in a traditional way #so how did molly become the woman that sherlock holmes loves and respects? #by being loving and nurturing and emotional and asking for nothing in return for kindness #not devaluing irene #and he role in te story #but i love how important molly is #despite the fact that shes clealy unaware of it (via theongreyjoy)
