WELL this has been in the works (even as kinda only an idea) for roughly i don’t know THREE YEARS? So I promised myself I’d post it tonight.

“Lower it,” said Joly warningly. His head was resting on his hand despondently. “Enjolras is in no mood for joyous behaviour today.”
“Oh, my friend,” said Grantaire. “This is not joyous behaviour.”
