So, because I am occasionally slow on the uptake, it JUST THIS AFTERNOON DAWNED ON ME that: [a] Ahsoka is 6 years younger than Anakin; [b] per Dave Filoni, she was brought to the Temple when she was 3; and therefore [c] they arrived somewhere around the same time.
I mean, obviously, Accelerated Everything for the 9-year-old instant padawan was a very different proposition from Jedi Preschool. But still, the same actual amount of time. O.o

I didn’t understand why people care about their dumb Padawans until I got a dumb Padawan myself. I’ve only known Ahsoka for a day and a half. But if anything happened to her, I would kill everyone in this room and then myself.
