RIP, Pokemon Go’s photo mode
A pointless update has now essentially taken away the photo mode as I knew it and replaced it with something much more complicated and annoying. Will it be back? Probably not, knowing Niantic. No more real-life Pokemon Snap for me. (Photo mode was literally the main reason I played the game.) But here’s some of my favourite Pokemon Go photos I’ve taken over the years.

I really miss the old photo mode too. The simpler AR snapshots had so much charm, especially when the Pokemon accidentally matched the location or looked like they were part of the real scene. These photos feel like nice little memories from different walks and places. Pokemon Roulette
