Some other highlights from the Michael Rooker panel at MCM Birmingham:
- A small child asked “are you single cos my mum’s looking” and Rooker brought the mum in question up to the front and tried to find her a date, it was ridiculously charming
- A girl in a Pikachu outfit asked a question and Michael Rooker got her to do Pikachu impressions to the crowd
- Rooker told an actually rather frightening story of how he once nearly died choking on a lemon drop (what a way to go…)
- I mentioned this once already, but his interactions with the little boy cosplaying as Yondu was just the sweetest thing ever
- He reassured everyone that Yondu’s soul is still out there in some sense, that was what the arrow was about!
- When someone asked he claimed he wasn’t in Infinity War, but you never know I guess
- He also crashed the end of Sean Gunn’s panel which came after!
