also if anyone wants an update on the gay lefou situation: yes it was played for laughs a little bit, not nearly as bad as we all feared, still a bit cringey at moments but they did right by him in the end (spoilers: he switches side halfway through the mob scene after gaston ditches him to kill the beast when lefou gets attacked by cadenza and in the end dances with one of the male villagers) there was one nice moment during the battle when mrs potts tells him he could do much better than gaston
He has a really good new line added in “The Mob Song” too.
