I just knew tardis wiki would have a similar page because sci-fi wikis seem to be… like this… and I came across this:
my favourite part is “you may be looking for trousers”
of course it does, i’m not even slightly surprised. and to round out the sci-fi wiki-ing, i figured i’d go check out memory alpha, which alas,lacks an underpants page, but does have a trousers page and, my favorite, a trunks page
and then there’s memory beta, which lists only one guy as ever having worn trousers in all of star trek
