Hmmmm, the movies never really go into that one that much. (Not sure about the EU.) I think she’s never even met him (apart from when she was a baby, but obviously she doesn’t remember him) but knows about him through Bail, and I guess knows enough about his significance/powers to designate him her ‘only hope’.
