Sold out on Gamestop. Still available for PS4 on Best Buy in Canada. All still seem to be available at EB Games in Canada as well.

Canada’s Best Buy is sold out. It’s also been brought to my attention that EB games is only selling pre-orders of the game and not the pipboy edition. Sorry for the misinformation.
Reblogging this to say that they have also restocked the Pipboy edition of Fallout 4 on the Bethesda store! There are also some still available at Best Buy and Game Stop!
