The drama teacher – a character who I utterly adore – she’s more the voice of reason throughout the story. I think if she’s any character from the original play she’s Shakespeare himself, commenting on events.
Frair Lawrence is currently a friendly but rather irresponsible boy who invites our Juliet to a wild teenage party, claiming “it’s going to be so ******* insane it’ll put you in a coma for like forty-two hours, dude.”
