On Fanmixs
Just wondering ’bout something…
I’m toying with the idea of making a fanmix, but I don’t know where to get mp3s from. Well, I know how to rip them from CDs, but there’s two particular songs I want that I don’t have on CD, and I dunno how to get ahold of them…I thought about downloading them from iTunes and then turning them into mp3s with this software I downloaded, but I tried that with a different song and it didn’t work. So…I’m asking for advice, I suppose. ;)

Hmmm… I usually rip them off CDs or download them (often from MusicMatch, as a matter of fact), though those have a limited life, since they are only good for a handful of different users. I’ve even asked friends if anyone has the MP3 I need. Maybe your flist can help? I love mixes! :)
