Doctor Who: Journey To The Centre Of The TARDIS

Okay this one was all over the place so I’m just gonna seperate it into stuff I liked and stuff I didn’t:

LIKED:
-Seeing MELODY’S/THE DOCTOR’S CRIB again, plus Amy’s little TARDIS toy (do you think River gave it to him?) and various other stuff from throughout the years
-Clara’s dress
-Clara punching the Doctor
-Actually, just Clara, she was great
-WHAT THE DOCTOR’S NAME? WHAT WHAT WHHHHAT
-That little twist with Robot Dude was good
-OH MY GOD SO PRETTY
-No-one died! For the second episode in a row!

DISLIKED:
-Some of the acting from the guest cast was rubbish
-That stupid sexist joke at the beginning, was there any reason for it, honestly
-Why weren’t the two guys more concerned about their brother? Why wasn’t THE DOCTOR more concerned? Come on!

I suspect this episode will fit into the series arc as things progress…I’m curious to know why Clara made the cryptic comment “So that’s who” when she read the Doctor’s name. Could be nothing, but who knows what Moffat has planned…

#oh my god #I’d forgotten this scene #this is why, isn’t it #this is why he always told her how special she was #how important #how brilliant #because he remembered the time when he was so callous #the time that, for all he knows, might have contributed to her shitty self esteem even more #the time he told her she wasn’t special or important #which coming from him is harsh #I mean the Doctor thinks everyone’s important #but in that moment #with a brain addled with heartbreak #and a heart aching for his Rose #he told her what she already thought about herself #and who knows #maybe that’s why she never believed him
