this has already been confirmed as false, look it up. they bought a script with this plotline as a jumping off point, but they have every intention to keep Mulan the star and keeping everyone Chinese. pls look stuff up before you reblog it.
The words “confirmed authentic” in the original post and its sources rather hinted to me that the version with the white male lead, whether Disney actually planned to use it or not, was confirmed authentic.
