Welcome back to Fallout Tours! Today we’re in Jamaica Plain, probably the worst settlement area in the game. (Sorry.) But for the sake of completion I built there anyway and it turned out alright in the end!
Jumping straight in…
Come to Jamaica Plain! We have trees!
So this is the, uh, courtyard. It’s the only outdoor space you really have to work with in JP. There’s a little general stall there where you can trade –
(no, you mustn’t go into the church, it’s full of dead bodies.)
-some mutfruit trees for food, and-
a tiny house!
Inside the house you get a bedroom, kitchen area, and a bathroom where you are protected only by a curtain.
On the other side of the courtyard there sits a dog and a car. Wonder if the car works?
Let’s head into the only other functioning building in this settlement! This is the weapons store, a handy thing to have around obviously.
World of Weapons!
Up the stairs there’s a little apartment for our dude here to live in. Just the same basics as before: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. (Though at least this one has a shower.)
The World of Weapons also has a garage attached, which hosts the workshop and a power armour station.
And that really is about it for Jamaica Plain! It’s so teeny. Probably my least favourite area to be honest. Ah well, at least it’s pretty.
