Just as the UK government, presumably having decided issues like racism and poverty aren’t enough to hold their attention, decided to launch an anti-obesity campaign… I bought a new pair of trousers off the internet and they don’t fit. I mean, the bits that DO fit look great but the zipper won’t even do up. Sigh.
Technically I’m pretty sure I’m not obese, although who knows how they’re calculating it these days. It’s just a bit of a blow, and doubly so cos I wasted money. I suppose I can wear a long shirt over it to hide the fact that it doesn’t zip up. Or I could do a bunch more exercise, which I don’t really have time to do, and hope I lose weight. Either works I guess?
