Changes
So I had a wee bit of trouble with WordPress-the-system recently. Comments stopped showing up on the blog and I had to change the theme, BUT it turned out that a new theme… erases every WordPress reblog I’ve ever made? Not shares, just reblogs. So that was awkward. I don’t know why that’s the case. So I figured…
…I’d just put every reblog back manually. No really. This blog ain’t called Overly Devoted Archivist for nothing. So I spent all yesterday evening doing that and I think it should be okay now! You see although WordPress deleted the text of the reblogs in most cases it kept the images, so…
Well, now it’s done, and hopefully every link works! Whether or not reblogging from other people’s blogs will work again, I dunno, I’ll give it a shot at some point. But I have some other things planned for this blog! I want to do a showcase of my favourite acting performances, that’s high on the agenda. And I want to start a tag called “Fourteen Favourite Shots” where I post, well, my fourteen favourite shots of movies and TV shows I like. OOh! And a major reread of the Sherlock Holmes books, with extensive commentary.
So! That’s the plan anyway. :)
