Seeing this suddenly made me remember something that’s always puzzled me about B99. In Halloween II, Holt says that Kevin’s dad gave him his watch just before he died. Which doesn’t really fit in with this scene…
…So I guess either Holt was lying to trick Jake for the sake of the bet, OR Kevin has more than one person he counts as a father (a dad and a stepdad maybe) OR Kevin’s dad reconciled with his son and Holt before he died. I’m way overthinking this.
