Of all the advice I see on how to fandom/be happy in fandom, one piece that I rarely see is “lift others in fandom up too”.
If you can, if something you see or read that a fellow fan made makes you happy, or excited or Feel™, let that person know. Get excited, sincerely show your appreciation, brag about them and share what they made. Leave an anonymous ask telling them you loved the thing.
Lift up the positive, the things that make you happy.
