wrt to that previous post, I have such mixed feelings about Alton Towers. I don’t know much about roller coasters, but I really don’t think the Smiler should have been operating at the state it was in when it crashed, and I’m pretty sure the only reason it was was because it was the fourth most expensive roller coaster in the world at that point –
-but I still reallllly wanna go one day. (To see the Chained Oak if nothing else.)
