Ianto did have a girlfriend way back in the beginning, so would he be Bi rather than Gay? Is Bill a disaster? (Or than those two questions, I think this is spot on.)
CRAP I forget all about the earlier days of Torchwood. Hmmm I should take him out of there but who to replace him with?
