2017 is such a blessed year for progressive Doctor Who fans. I mean, first we get Bill Potts, amazing working class student and black lesbian, as the companion, and now we get a woman as the Doctor to ease the pain of saying goodbye to Capaldi.
I really love this show, and I’m glad it keeps reminding me why.
