Does she almost die every episode, though? I’m not disagreeing that it would be a bad look if she did, but I’m not sure that (up until the last episode) she really faces anything more than the standard menace all the characters get. The Lie of the Land maybe? Or Oxygen?
Her fake version died in Extremis as well, at which point we’re talking about one third of all her episodes putting her in seeming mortal peril.
