Oh, this is Silas Carson, a British-Indian actor who also played Nute Gunray and a a couple of other Star Wars roles!
He tends to do voice work quite a lot I think but you can catch him in the flesh in shows like The Casual Vacancy (the adaptation of JK Rowling’s book), the miniseries Tut and episode 2×02 of The IT Crowd, in which he is one of the funniest one-off characters of the whole show and cracks me the hell up.
