$95 received so far.I’m a severely physically disabled 22 year old woman and I’m completely bedbound & unable to sit upright. Medical reports linked. Due to my physical disability, in late 2016 I was targeted with attempted psychiatric abuse and had to escape to hotel rooms that I could not afford (msg me for proof). Relocation from the hotel necessitated borrowing money from a friend who now needs it back very urgently.
My friend M (full name excluded for privacy) lives in a small town and has had to stay with her abusive uncle to attend university in Melbourne. During a particularly serious incident in Oct 2016, M’s uncle hit his wife so hard that she fell to the ground, then punched his 17 year old son who had to protect himself with a knife and has long faced repeated abuse from his father. M – who witnessed this – believed that her uncle would kill his wife and son, then kill her. My friend CANNOT return to the situation for the sake of her safety.
I absolutely must raise the remaining $1,410 in debt BY TOMORROW (Sunday Jan 29 EST) so that she can find an apartment now before semester recommences. Delays will force her to return to her uncle’s home.
