I imagine after the shaving gag Mike told Tandy he looked “like a hobo Phantom of the Opera” or somesuch and Tandy being Tandy thought he’d turn it around and go as that for Halloween.
I wasn’t planning on coloring these but the idea didn’t work without colors so now im the interest of fairness I gotta color everyone’s OH WELL
