Almost every sitcom ever: Fat people, especially women, are disgusting and repulsive, the way we can show this is by constantly making jokes about how gross and unlovable they are.
Everyone for some reason: Obviously the only reason all these girls have eating disorders is because we only show thin women in magazines.
