things to love about TPM
- Padme’s exasperated looks at Qui-Gon on Tatooine (esp. the one after Ani tells her he’s never won a podrace)
- the bad CGI of the battledroids (esp. the battle with the Gungans)
- Shmi Skywalker, like, everything (whyyyyy couldn’t we have more of her)
- Obi-Wan’s sarcastic oneliners
- Watto (he’s a slimy little bug but I love him anyway)
- the female fighter pilots of the Naboo (YUSSSS)
- That Lightsaber Fight (omg i hurt)
- esp. Obi-Wan’s bit at the end, that fight is amazing
- Padme and her Handmaidens (i need more handmaidens)
- all the different aliens i LOVE THIS
- Qui-Gon’s “golly gee would you look at that” expression after the dice throw goes his way
- “I’m a person and my name is Anakin” which is a very underrated line, but possibly one of the most important in the entire story
- Captain Panaka’s constant negativity
- Qui-Gon’s extremely guilty glance at Obi-Wan before trying to take Anakin as his new apprentice.
- (Liam Neeson owns this movie.)
- The bad CGI is SO BAD in some places
- Baby Anakin’s blink-and-you’ll-miss-it death glare at Mace Windu
- That fuckin face touch
- ladies! with guns! doing things!
