I’m at risk of homelessness and legal actions against me

I’m permanently bed bound with a disability from an accident, which renders me unable to work (medical evidence linked).

I only receive $197.65/week in social security payments.

A nursing agency has threatened to take immediate legal action if I fail to meet repayments of $200/week for outstanding invoices.** I also have other nursing care repayment obligations, together these total $500/week.

I need to pay $490/week in private rent. I would immediately become homeless if I cannot pay this and this will place me in a life threatening situation with my level of disability.
